Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-08-23

This document is published in English, French and Spanish. If the versions conflict, the English version prevails, except for Québec consumers, for whom the French version applies.

Bollé Communications inc. wants PPN World to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the accessibility status of www.ppnworld.com, the standard we aim for, what is already in place, the limitations we know about, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

1. Standard and conformance status

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act. PPN World currently partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA: an internal code-level review of the public pages (2026-08-23) found the core journeys operable by keyboard and screen reader, with the known limitations listed below.

2. What is in place

Every page carries a skip-to-content link, correct language attributes in all three site languages, landmark structure, and a single descriptive h1. Keyboard focus is always visible (a global focus indicator chosen for measured contrast in both themes). Images carry text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology. Forms use real, associated labels — never placeholder-only — with errors announced to screen readers. Color is never the only carrier of meaning (icons and text accompany status color). The animated home-page wire has a keyboard-reachable pause control, and the site honors your system's reduced-motion, higher-contrast and reduced-transparency preferences. Audio never plays without your explicit action.

3. Known limitations

As of the review date: the mobile navigation sheet does not yet trap keyboard focus while open; some hover states of red buttons fall slightly below the 4.5:1 contrast target; a few fine-print lines are below target contrast; and the professional cockpit (the signed-in application) is a dense, data-heavy interface whose full audit is ongoing. Third-party components (Stripe checkout, the Cloudflare anti-bot check) are governed by their vendors' own accessibility work.

4. Feedback and contact

If any part of PPN World is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us at ppnw@ppnsource.com with the page address and, if you're comfortable sharing it, the assistive technology you use. We treat accessibility reports like defects: we acknowledge them, and fixes ship with regular releases.

5. How this statement was prepared

Prepared on 2026-08-23 from an internal, code-level review of the public pages against WCAG 2.1 AA (markup inspection, computed contrast ratios of the design tokens, and keyboard-path analysis), complemented by earlier mobile and UI audits. It has not yet been evaluated by an external assessor or with a full assistive-technology test pass; that is the next planned step. The statement is reviewed when material interface changes ship.
