SMG gibt Führungswechsel in den Bereichen Real Estate und Corporate Functions bekannt
Daniel Hendel, aktuell Geschäftsführer bei ImmoScout24 Deutschland, tritt per 1. Februar 2027 die Nachfolge von Martin Waeber als Managing Director Real Estate an. Martin Waeber hat sich entschieden, seine operative Führungsfunktion zu beenden und sich auf nicht-geschäftsführende Verwaltungsrats- und Beratungsfunktionen zu konzentrieren. In dieser Rolle wird er der SMG Real Estate weiterhin unterstützend zur Seite stehen. Gleichzeitig hat sich Jessica List, Chief Corporate Officer, entschieden, ein neues Kapitel aufzuschlagen und die SMG per Ende April 2027 zu verlassen.
