Am Samstag, 19. September 2026, wurde am Landwirtschaftszentrum Visp der Hofladen Wallis eröffnet. Staatsratspräsident Christophe Darbellay, Vorsteher des Departements für Volkswirtschaft und Bildung, nahm die Eröffnung gemeinsam mit Karin Oesch, Leiterin des Landwirtschaftszentrums Visp, und Gemeinderat Matteo Abächerli vor. Walliser Produzenten verkaufen ihre Produkte im neuen Quartier direkt an die Bevölkerung.
