澳洲潔淨科技企業ClearVue在港設立全球研發基地 以拓展亞洲業務（附圖）

​​投資推廣署今日（十一月六日）宣布，澳洲潔淨科技企業ClearVue Technologies Limited（ClearVue）在香港設立全新的全球研發基地。該公司專門將建築物外牆所吸收的太陽能轉化為可再生能源，其香港基地未來將進一步擴展，以配合亞洲區內日益增長的項目管理及業務拓展需求，並以粵港澳大灣區（大灣區）為重點戰略市場。 在投資推廣署支援下，ClearVue早前宣布與內地真空玻璃製造商洛陽蘭迪鈦金屬真空玻璃有限公司在港成立合資公司。雙方將透過該合資公司合作研發，結合ClearVue的專利太陽能玻璃技術與內地的製造優勢，生產具成本效益且能為建築物提供電力的發電玻璃，而最新設立的香港全球研發基地將在當中發揮關鍵作用。投資推廣署一直為ClearVue提供在港設立業務的諮詢服務，並協助聯繫本地及國際業界持份者及投資者。 署理投資推廣署署長劉智元表示：「我們熱烈歡迎ClearVue在香港設立全球研發基地。本港高樓林立，是將玻璃幕牆轉化為潔淨能源發電裝置的理想試驗場。這項投資充分體現香港的獨特優勢——無縫結合澳洲的前沿科技、本地的研發實力，以及大灣區雄厚的製造能力。我們期望ClearVue以香港為跳板，在亞洲以至其他地區推廣其創新方案，並發揮強大的協同效應。」 ClearVue行政總裁兼董事總經理Doug Hunt表示：「香港具備我們在亞洲加速發展所需的一切條件。本地需求殷切，擁有雄厚的工程人才庫及完善的建造業生態，令香港成為開發和推展項目的理想據點。透過在港成立的合資公司，我們可以結合自身技術與內地的製造能力，生產具成本效益的太陽能玻璃；我們的研發團隊亦受益於能夠便捷地進行快速原型製作及測試。隨着大灣區項目逐步落實，我們會繼續在香港投資人才和基礎設施，並以香港作為策略門戶，進一步拓展亞太區業務。」 ClearVue是一家在澳洲上市的潔淨科技企業，透過太陽能技術融入建築物外牆及屋頂表面以生產可再生能源，並抵銷建築物的營運碳足跡。該公司先進的專利玻璃技術能保持玻璃的透明度，讓建築物生產能源同時亦保留外觀美感。 如欲了解更多關於ClearVue的資訊，請瀏覽 www.clearvuepv.com （只供英文版本）。
