Τάκης Θεοδωρικάκος: «Η περιφερειακή ανάπτυξη, προϋπόθεση για την ισχυρή Ελλάδα του 2030»

Τον παραγωγικό μετασχηματισμό της ελληνικής οικονομίας ως βασική προϋπόθεση για την ασφάλεια της πατρίδας μας και την αντιμετώπιση των μεγάλων προκλήσεων της εποχής ανέδειξε ο Υπουργός Ανάπτυξης, Τάκης Θεοδωρικάκος, σε συνάντηση που διοργάνωσε η Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση, με επίκεντρο τις διεθνείς εξελίξεις και την αναπτυξιακή πορεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας. Ο κ. Θεοδωρικάκος αναφέρθηκε στο ιστορικό βάθος και τη στρατηγική σημασία των ελληνοαμερικανικών σχέσεων, τονίζοντας πως «είναι σήμερα ισχυρότερες από ποτέ». Υπογράμμισε πως η Ελλάδα αποτελεί πυλώνα ασφάλειας και σταθερότητας στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο και τόνισε την ανάγκη περαιτέρω εμβάθυνσης της στρατηγικής συνεργασίας των δύο χωρών στην άμυνα, την ενέργεια, τις επενδύσεις, τη βιομηχανία και την καινοτομία. Στο επίκεντρο της ομιλίας του βρέθηκε η ενίσχυση της παραγωγικότητας και της ανταγωνιστικότητας της ελληνικής οικονομίας. «Χρειαζόμαστε μια οικονομία πιο ανταγωνιστική, με υψηλότερη παραγωγικότητα.
