Metal 78 muestra su salto industrial en Zumarraga para la recuperación de metales críticos

La spin-off de Ceit cuenta con una planta de 6.000 m² en Zumarraga para recuperar platino, paladio y rodio procedentes de catalizadores y filtros de partículas mediante una tecnología propia 100 % hidrometalúrgica. La tecnología desarrollada por Metal 78 permite reducir un 63 % las emisiones de CO ₂ y realizar el proceso un 90 % m á s r á pido que las tecnolog í as actuales. Metal 78 ha recibido hoy en sus instalaciones de Zumarraga al consejero de Industria, Transición Energética y Sostenibilidad del Gobierno Vasco, Mikel Jauregi; a la directora general de Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco, Arrate Aranbarri; al diputado de Promoción Económica y Proyectos Estratégicos de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, Unai Andueza; y a la directora general de Promoción Económica, Amaia Arregi. Durante el encuentro, la compañía ha presentado la evolución de su proyecto, su salto a escala industrial y la tecnología que desarrolla para la recuperación de metales críticos.
