Today, 28 October, Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna spoke by phone with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha. They discussed the latest developments in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference, which will take place in Tallinn in January 2027. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has now signed the official invitations to be sent to world leaders.
