Cepal concluye su 41.º período de sesiones en República Dominicana con aprobación de resoluciones para impulsar el desarrollo regional rosahenriquez 9 de Octubre 2026 | 15:57 Santiago de los Caballeros.- La Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (Cepal) clausuró este viernes su Cuadragésimo Primer Período de Sesiones, celebrado durante tres días en Santiago de los Caballeros, República Dominicana, con conclusiones orientadas a fortalecer el desarrollo regional , definir las prioridades de trabajo del organismo y dar continuidad a los mecanismos de cooperación entre sus Estados miembros. Durante la clausura, el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Víctor “Ito” Bisonó, destacó que las conclusiones de las jornadas constituyen una referencia para definir rutas de trabajo y convertir los consensos alcanzados en iniciativas concretas que respondan a los desafíos de América Latina y el Caribe. “El verdadero valor de este encuentro comienza ahora: en nuestra capacidad para dar continuidad a las ideas que hemos compartido y convertirlas en políticas públicas, proyectos de cooperación y alianzas que produzcan resultados”, sostuvo el canciller.
