Intrant y RD Vial refuerzan seguridad vial con nuevas grúas y mayor control al tránsito de vehículos pesados y los motoconchistas yamellrossi 4 de Noviembre 2026 | 09:21 Santo Domingo.- El Fideicomiso RD Vial facilitó dos grúas al Instituto Nacional de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre (Intrant) , que serán utilizadas en labores de mantenimiento de semáforos y en operativos de fiscalización de motociclistas que infrinjan la Ley de Tránsito. La colaboración conjunta, entre el director del Intrant, Juan Manuel Méndez, y Hostos Risik , de RD Vial, también contempla el desarrollo de una amplia campaña de señalización y orientación en autovías, autopistas y circunvalaciones del país para concienciar a conductores de vehículos pesados y de carga sobre la obligatoriedad de circular exclusivamente por el carril derecho , conforme a lo establecido en el numeral 4 de la Ley 63-17 y la Resolución 003-2023. Una de las grúas es la que se eleva y servirá para dar mantenimiento a la red semafórica , mientras que la otra, del tipo plataforma , se sumará a los operativos de fiscalización que Intrant realiza en conjunto con Digesett contra los motoristas que se van en rojo.
