Contraloría reporta 502 libramientos concluidos en iniciativa de desconcentración de pagos victorreyes 26 de Octubre 2026 | 11:21 Santo Domingo.– La Contraloría General de la República (CGR) reportó 502 libramientos finalizados por RD 159.19 millones , como resultado de la desconcentración operativa de órdenes de pago, las cuales fueron revisadas y aprobadas en tiempo récord, con lo cual se logró mayor eficiencia operativa y una reducción del tiempo promedio de siete días a cuatro horas. El contralor general de la República, Geraldo Espinosa Pérez, explicó que esta iniciativa forma parte del plan de trabajo 2026-2028 , presentado a los servidores de la institución y a responsables de las áreas financieras, presupuestarias, jurídicas, administrativas y de compras de las entidades bajo su ámbito de aplicación. “El pasado 21 de marzo presentamos nuestro plan de transformación de los procesos misionales. Cuando asumimos responsabilidades en la institución , encontramos una Contraloría pasiva, y fuimos designados con el firme compromiso de llevar a cabo los procesos de gestión y modernización necesarios para pasar decididamente de una Contraloría pasiva a una Contraloría activa”, enfati
