Bronek spent 28 years at insurance giant Hiscox, including 21 years as Group Chief Executive, helping transform it into a leading global specialist insurer. He has held senior roles across the insurance market and is Chair of the East End Community Foundation, supporting work to improve life chances and employment prospects across East London.
