Appointments to Process Review Panel for Securities and Futures Commission announced

The Government announced today (October 30) that the Financial Secretary, under the authority delegated by the Chief Executive, has appointed two new members, and reappointed the Chairman and 10 incumbent members to the Process Review Panel (PRP) for the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for a term of two years starting from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2028. The new members are Mr Simon Fok Chung-yin and Ms Angie Li Yick-yee. Ms Miranda Kwok Pui-fong has been reappointed as the Chairman of the PRP, while Professor Chan Ka-lok, Dr Chordio Chan Siu-ping, Ms Lorna Chen Xin, Mr Kenneth Chen Yung-ngai, Dr Bankee Kwan Pak-hoo, Mr David Lau Pak-wai, Ms Jasmine Lee Shun-yi, Ms Lian Shaodong, Mr Charles Lin Xiaodong and Ms Karen So Kwok-yan have been reappointed as members of the PRP.
