Italy files its 2027 Draft Budgetary Plan with Brussels

Under EU Regulation 473/2013 every euro-area member state must send the European Commission and the Eurogroup its Draft Budgetary Plan for the following year by 15 October; Italy's is the one markets scrutinise for deficit path and debt trajectory. The filing is normally paired with a Treasury press release and the tabling of the manovra in parliament.
