Swedish Riksdag roll-call and election of the Speaker

The 349 members elected in September are called to the chamber and the Riksdag elects its Speaker and deputy speakers, with group leaders announced. In Sweden the Speaker runs the government-formation process, so this vote is the procedural gate to any new cabinet.
