# Pre-registration — PPN World Research Paper No. 2
## Addendum 1 (2026-10-11), made before any page of the frame was fetched

The registration (`paper-2-press-release-anatomy.md`, git commit 4b769927)
said its independent timestamp would be a Zenodo record published before the
first fetch. The author chose to start the census before that deposit. The
independent timestamp is therefore an **OpenTimestamps proof**, anchored in
the Bitcoin blockchain, of the SHA-256 manifest that lists every registered
file (the plan, the measurement and analysis code) and this addendum. The
proof was made on 2026-10-11, before the first page of the frame was
requested; anyone can verify it with the OpenTimestamps client
(`ots verify`), against the files themselves.

The plan, the files and the proof are deposited on Zenodo with the paper.

Nothing else in the registration changes: not the population, the census,
the measures, the validation rule, the hypotheses, the tests or the reporting
commitments. The registered file is unchanged; its SHA-256 is the one in the
manifest of commit 4b769927.
