TAMPA POLICE TO HOST ANNUAL TAMPA NIGHT OUT Jonee' L. Tue, 10/13/2026 - 10:07 am TAMPA, Fla. (October 13th, 2026) – The Tampa Police Department invites the community to come together for its annual Tampa Night Out on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Rowlett Park (2401 E. Yukon St.). Community members of all ages are invited to spend the evening with Tampa Police officers while enjoying local vendors, food, family-friendly activities, and a trunk-or-treat. Tampa Night Out gives people an opportunity to interact with officers outside of traditional calls for service and learn more about the people and resources serving their neighborhoods. The annual event is part of the department’s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships and encourage positive engagement throughout Tampa. "Tampa Night Out is about bringing people together and creating opportunities for connection and conversations," said Acting Chief Brett Owen.
