Trump’s attached Proclamation, Governor Reeves has directed that all flags of the United States and the State of Mississippi be flown at half-staff on all buildings and grounds across the State beginning at sunrise and continuing through sunset TOMORROW, September 11, 2026, in recognition of the 25th Anniversary of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks and Patriot Day.
