Walking for Suicide Awareness
FORT RUCKER, Ala. — In recognition of Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month, staff, service members, and families gathered at Lyster Army Health Clinic on Sept. 23 during their lunch break to take part in the annual Suicide Awareness Walk. Organized by the clinic’s Mental Health Department, the event brought together members of the military community to honor the lives of those lost to suicide, share prevention resources, and foster meaningful personal connections across the installation.
