MAG-24 supports Kalaheo High School Navy Junior ROTC Basic Cadet Training camp
MARINE CORPS AIR STATION KĀNE‘OHE BAY, Hawai’i, Sept. 11, 2026 — Kalāheo Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps has a long history of partnering with Marine Corps Base Hawai’i to introduce first-year cadets to United States Navy and Marine Corps principles. Marine Aircraft Group 24 worked closely with MCBH to coordinate guided tours, static displays and military instruction. NJROTC is an elective program emphasizing self-discipline, character development and leadership. The basic cadet training camp provided orientation training to new cadets while allowing senior cadets to showcase their operational planning and small-unit leadership skills by supervising movements between stations.
