NHCOH begins phased rollout of cognitive monitoring program
Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Oak Harbor (NMRTCOH) has begun implementing a Navy Medicine program designed to establish baseline cognitive data for active-duty service members assigned to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island(NASWI).
