129th Rescue Wing conducts first wildfire medevac mission with HH-60W helicopter

The California Air National Guard’s 129th Rescue Wing deployed its new HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopter to support wildfire operations in Yosemite National Park, Oct. 9-12, marking the aircraft’s first wildfire mission since the wing began transitioning from the HH-60G Pave Hawk last year.
