18th TMC leads Army forces during Trident Resolve 26 in Indonesia
U.S. Army Pacific’s 18th Theater Medical Command is serving as the Army Forces Headquarters for Exercise Trident Resolve 2026 in Banten Province, Indonesia, Sept. 20–26. Co-hosted by the United States and Indonesia, the exercise brings together ASEAN and ADMM-Plus partners to strengthen cooperation across military medicine, cybersecurity, and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. Participants will conduct a simulated multinational response to an earthquake and tsunami while supporting local communities through health screenings, infrastructure improvements, and infectious disease exchanges.
