This position supervises, assigns and reviews the work of crews of skilled and semi-skilled tradespersons, other maintenance staff and contractors responsible for city building remodeling and maintenance; oversees and participates in all assigned work activities; and performs a variety of technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility. This vacancy will focus on the day-to-day administration and oversight of custodial, Republic Services, pest control, and other assigned facilities service contracts. Responsibilities include coordinating services, inspecting completed work, documenting and resolving service deficiencies, verifying services against contract requirements, and reviewing invoices for accuracy.
