Under the commercial referral relationship, Ergopathics will make the NIKKI Lyme Wellness Program available to practitioners who use Ergopathics' frequency-based assessment technology. Clinics determine independently whether to recommend or offer NIKKI to patients. The arrangement does not include minimum purchase commitments, guaranteed clinic participation, or guaranteed sales.
