Etelä-Karjalan käräjäoikeus tuomitsi rakennusalan yhtiön toimitusjohtajan 20 päiväsakon sakkorangaistukseen työturvallisuusrikoksesta. Lisäksi käräjäoikeus tuomitsi yhtiölle 5 000 euron suuruisen yhteisösakon. Käräjäoikeus antoi tuomionsa 30.9.2026.
