Das Angebot der psychologischen Beratung für städtische Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Lernende soll nach einer Pilotphase dauerhaft eingeführt werden. Damit will der Stadtrat die psychische Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter*innen stärken und Langzeitausfällen vorbeugen.
