Regelung für kurzzeitig vermietete Wohnungen tritt in Kraft
Die vom Bundesgericht bestätigte Regelung der Stadt Zürich gegen die Umwandlung von Wohnraum in kommerzielle Kurzzeitunterkünfte tritt am 1. September 2026 in Kraft. Für die Umsetzung werden fünf neue Stellen geschaffen.
