National Day Awards 2026: NUS community honoured for contributions to Singapore society

Singapore’s 61st birthday marked another reason for celebration, as more than 250 members of the NUS community were honoured for their merit and service to Singapore at the National Day Awards. They were part of a larger pool of 7,491 individuals presented with various awards across 24 categories. Spanning public service, education, healthcare, research, the arts and community leadership, here are some of the NUS-affiliated recipients recognised for their contributions. This year, three distinguished individuals affiliated with NUS were among those accorded the top awards.
