REINZ Welcomes Proportionate AML/CFT Levy For Real Estate Sector
The AML/CFT regulations for 2026 have now been approved and come into force on 8 October 2026. The prescribed levies will apply to the financial year commencing on 1 July 2027 and subsequent financial years.
