Governor Kehoe Announces Eight Gubernatorial Appointments Madelyn.Warren… Fri, 08/14/2026 - 12:32 August 14, 2026 Jefferson City Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced eight gubernatorial appointments to various boards and commissions. Dr. Elizabeth Bowman , of Farmington, was appointed to the Drug Utilization Review Board . Dr. Bowman is a family medicine and addiction medicine physician at Missouri Highland Health Center. She is very involved in the medical community, holding memberships in the Missouri and American Colleges of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Bowman attended the University of Missouri, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology, before attending the University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Kyle Brane , of Kansas City, was appointed to the Missouri Board for Respiratory Care . Mr. Brane has worked in health care for several years and currently serves as the director of respiratory therapy at University Health Lakewood Medical Center. He is a member of the National Board for Respiratory Care and the American Association for Respirator
