The lighting raises awareness of the support available through 988 for mental health and substance use crises and highlights suicide prevention efforts across Missouri. “Missourians have always looked out for one another, especially when times are tough,” said Governor Kehoe . “On National 988 Day, we want every Missourian to know that help is one call or text away.
