僱主因違反安全法例被判罰款
友邦物流運輸有限公司因違反《職業安全及健康條例》的規定，被勞工處檢控，今日（十一月五日）在西九龍裁判法院被判罰款十四萬元。 案情涉及一宗於二○二五年十一月十四日在葵涌一個停車場發生的致命意外。一名工人在露天停車場處理一堆直立放置的石膏板時，石膏板突然倒下壓在他身上。他被送往醫院時已失去意識，並於同日離世。
