政府今日（十月十六日）公布，財政司司長根據《證券及期貨條例》（第571章）下由行政長官轉授的權力，再度委任包凱及周福安為證券及期貨事務監察委員會（證監會）非執行董事，任期分別由二○二六年十月二十日和二○二七年一月一日起生效，為期兩年。 財經事務及庫務局發言人表示：「包凱及周福安一直對促進證監會的機構管治事務貢獻良多，我們期待他們繼續支持證監會的工作。」 證監會主席為黃天祐博士，其他非執行董事包括陳鎮洪、江智蛟、文本立資深大律師、湯曉東、黃奕鑑及葉禮德。
