僱主因違反安全法例被判罰款
浚源工程有限公司因違反《職業安全及健康條例》的規定，被勞工處檢控，今日（十月八日）在屯門裁判法院被判罰款六萬元。 案情涉及一宗於二○二五年八月一日在屯門一幢住宅樓宇的致命意外。一名工人獨自於天台進行防水工程滲漏測試排放染色水期間，左臂被卡在排水口內，導致臉部被水淹沒而遇溺。該名工人被送往醫院時已失去知覺，並於13日後離世。
