Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan, Policy Address and related publications available to public on Wednesday

The Chief Executive, Mr John Lee, will announce the First Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2026-2030) (Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan) on Wednesday (September 16), and subsequently release the Chief Executive's 2026 Policy Address (Policy Address). The full texts of Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address will be uploaded on the respective dedicated websites www.hk5yplan.gov.hk and www.policyaddress.gov.hk after the Chief Executive has completed his speech. Copies of Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan, the Policy Address and other related publications will be available for public collection at the 20 Home Affairs Enquiry Centres (HAECs) of the Home Affairs Department (HAD) once the Chief Executive has completed his speech.
