Τη στρατηγική μετατόπιση της Ευρώπης και της Ελλάδας από το κλασικό μοντέλο της πράσινης μετάβασης στο ευρωπαϊκό πρότυπο “Resilient–by–Design“ παρουσίασε ο Υφυπουργός Ανάπτυξης, Σταύρος Καλαφάτης, κατά την ομιλία του στο συνέδριο «Green Deal Greece 2026», που διοργάνωσαν το Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο Ελλάδας (ΤΕΕ) και το economix.gr στο Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΚΠΙΣΝ). Ο κ. Καλαφάτης υπογράμμισε ότι οι υποδομές, τα κτίρια και τα δίκτυα οφείλουν να σχεδιάζονται εξ αρχής ως κρίσιμες εθνικές υποδομές, ανθεκτικές σε ακραία κλιματικά φαινόμενα, γεωπολιτικές αναταράξεις και πιέσεις στην εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα. Παράλληλα, τόνισε ότι η Έρευνα και η Καινοτομία αποτελούν θεμέλιο εθνικής ισχύος και οικονομικής αντοχής όταν συνδέονται άμεσα με την εργοταξιακή και τεχνική πραγματικότητα. Ιστορικό Ρεκόρ Δαπανών R&D και Ψηφιακές Υποδομές Στο πλαίσιο του απολογισμού των κυβερνητικών δράσεων, ο Υφυπουργός Ανάπτυξης σημείωσε τα εξής δεδομένα και πρωτοβουλίες: Ιστορικό Ρεκόρ Δαπανών R&D: Οι εθνικές δαπάνες για Έρευνα & Ανάπτυξη ανήλθαν στο 1,54% του ΑΕΠ (3,66 δισ. ευρώ), κατατάσσοντας την Ελλάδα στην 4η θέση στην Ε.Ε. στις κρατικές δαπάνες Ε&Α. Περιφερειακή Ανάπτυξη: Ενίσχυση των 13 Περιφερει
