Gov. Kemp Announces Superior Court and District Attorney Appointments

ATLANTA – Governor Brian P. Kemp today announced the following judicial and prosecutorial appointments: W. Michael Burnham to the Superior Court of the Southern Judicial Circuit, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Brian McDaniel; Kellye C. Moore to the Superior Court of the Houston Judicial Circuit, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Edward D. Lukemire; Michael H. Rogers as District Attorney for the Griffin Judicial Circuit, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Marie G. Broder; and Kathleen Van Pelt Davis as District Attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Clayton M. Fuller.
