La jornada "Se hace camino al andar: dando pasos para incorporar la perspectiva de género en la prevención de riesgos laborales" ha reunido a instituciones, agentes sociales y personas expertas para compartir experiencias y avanzar en la integración de la perspectiva de género en la prevención de riesgos laborales Osalan, el Departamento de Economía, Trabajo y Empleo y Emakunde impulsan la integración de la perspectiva de género en la prevención de riesgos laborales con la celebración de una jornada tripartita organizada este viernes en el Palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao. Durante el acto inaugural se ha trasladado un mensaje de solidaridad y apoyo a las familias de las víctimas y a las personas heridas en el accidente ferroviario de Urda. La apertura institucional corrió a cargo de Lourdes Íscar, directora general de Osalan, Miren Elgarresta, directora general de Emakunde, y Elena Pérez Barredo, viceconsejera de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. Íscar señaló que "incorporar la perspectiva de género en la prevención de riesgos laborales no consiste en cumplir un requisito formal, sino una condición necesaria para identificar y gestionar adecuadamente los riesgos que afectan de manera diferen
