Con este trámite se formaliza la donación que permitirá dotar a la zona de un ambulatorio más moderno y con mayor capacidad que el actual, para dar servicio a la población de un área de la capital gipuzkoana en pleno crecimiento. La construcción del nuevo centro de salud de Loiola se enmarca en el Programa de Infraestructuras y Equipamientos Sanitarios 2025-2032 del Departamento de Salud y Osakidetza, que contempla una inversión de 1.600 millones de euros y
