Euskadiko Kirol Portuak ha remitido al juzgado la propuesta de resolución y prevé celebrar en diciembre el sorteo necesario para completar el procedimiento El auto judicial del 14 de octubre resuelve el incidente de ejecución y permite avanzar en una nueva adjudicación conforme a las bases de la convocatoria de 2021 El Departamento de Alimentación, Desarrollo Rural, Agricultura y Pesca del Gobierno Vasco prevé completar antes de que finalice el año la nueva adjudicación de las 204 plazas de amarre para embarcaciones náutico-recreativas del puerto deportivo de Plentzia incluidas en la convocatoria de 2021. Esta nueva adjudicación permitirá dar cumplimiento a las resoluciones judiciales que anularon las adjudicaciones iniciales. Con ese objetivo, el director de Euskadiko Kirol Portuak (EKP) ha remitido al juzgado la propuesta de resolución de las adjudicaciones, junto con la previsión de celebrar en diciembre el sorteo necesario para completar el procedimiento. La propuesta es fruto del trabajo técnico y jurídico desarrollado por la entidad para ejecutar las sentencias.
