El proyecto ECSILI concluye tras exportar el modelo andaluz de inclusión a Polonia y Rumanía

El proyecto europeo ECSILI ('Empowering Communities to Support the Inclusion of Displaced People from Ukraine') ha concluido en octubre de este año, tras 18 meses de cooperación entre entidades europeas para mejorar la inclusión social y laboral de las personas desplazadas de Ucrania . La iniciativa, cofinanciada por la Unión Europea a través de la iniciativa Fondo Social Europeo+, ha permitido desarrollar un modelo de intervención basado en la atención personalizada , la coordinación de los recursos locales y la colaboración entre los servicios sociales y de empleo . Durante la fase piloto , desarrollada en las ciudades de Varsovia (Polonia) y Arad (Rumanía) , un total de 130 personas recibieron apoyo individualizado para avanzar en sus procesos de inclusión: 80 en Varsovia y 50 en Arad. Cada participante contó con el acompañamiento de un profesional de referencia para elaborar un plan individualizado, adaptado a sus necesidades, capacidades y objetivos laborales, y conectar con los recursos sociales, formativos y de empleo disponibles. La experiencia ha permitido, además, reforzar la cooperación entre los servicios públicos y las entidades que trabajan con la población refugiada
