Firmado un convenio con Endesa para el desarrollo del Parque de Innovación Empresarial de Motril

La Junta de Andalucía y Endesa han firmado un convenio para impulsar el desarrollo de la nueva subestación eléctrica que dará servicio al Parque de Innovación Empresarial PUE-1 de Motril y a otros cinco sectores urbanísticos de Motril y Salobreña. El acuerdo se produce después de que el Consejo de Gobierno autorizara el pasado 30 de septiembre un expediente de gasto de 16,27 millones de euros para continuar con la ejecución urbanística del PUE-1. Esta cantidad incluye una aportación de más de 600.000 euros de la Agencia de Vivienda y Rehabilitación de Andalucía (AVRA) para la futura subestación eléctrica, cuyo presupuesto se estima en más de 6,8 millones de euros. La consejera de Vivienda, Juventud y Ordenación del Territorio , Rocío Díaz , ha señalado que "la firma de este acuerdo permite completar otro de los requisitos necesarios para avanzar en el desarrollo del PUE-1, en este caso el relativo al suministro eléctrico".
