Abierto el plazo de las ayudas para eficiencia energética y energías renovables en viviendas

Particulares , ayuntamientos , comunidades de energías renovables o comunidades ciudadanas de energía , comunidades de propietarios, además de autónomos , empresas y empresas de servicios energéticos pueden solicitar desde el 22 de octubre las ayudas del programa ' Sector residencial y edificios e instalaciones públicas ', enmarcado en la orden de incentivos para el uso eficiente de la energía (INEA). Gestionado por la Agencia Andaluza de la Energía , entidad adscrita a la Consejería de Universidad, Industria, Energía e Innovación , el programa cuenta con un presupuesto de 20,77 millones de euros cofinanciados con FEDER para llevar a cabo actuaciones que mejoren la eficiencia energética e incrementen el uso de energías renovables en viviendas, edificios públicos no residenciales (que no pueden estar situados en espacios productivos) y edificios residenciales privados como residencias de estudiantes o para personas mayores. Esta línea contempla para todos estos edificios acciones como la mejora del aislamiento térmico de la fachada, la cubierta o los techos en contacto con espacios no acondicionados para evitar que el calor entre en verano y se pierda en invierno, la sustitución de
