EIB provides €630 million for major upgrade of Romania’s Brașov-Sighișoara railway
The European Investment Bank (EIB) has signed a €630 million financing agreement with Romania for the upgrade of the Brașov–Sighișoara railway, alongside EU funds and State contribution. The total project cost is estimated €2.25 billion.
