Spring Hill Men Indicted For 2018 Murder in Hernando County

Tampa, Florida – A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Arthur Williams (34), a/k/a “Snow,” a/k/a “Art,” and Timothy Colon (42), both of Spring Hill, with discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, specifically the murder of A.S. Additionally, Williams is charged with making false statements to agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). If convicted, Williams and Colon each could face the death penalty or otherwise will face up to life imprisonment. U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe made the announcement.
