República Dominicana amplía la titulación de terrenos y reduce el déficit habitacional victorreyes 12 de Octubre 2026 | 08:23 Santo Domingo.– Los avances en vivienda y seguridad jurídica centraron una nueva edición de LA Agenda Semanal , en la que se presentaron los resultados de las entregas de títulos de propiedad , las intervenciones en hogares y la reducción del déficit habitacional . Así lo informó el director de la Dirección de Estrategia y Comunicación Gubernamental (Diecom) , Félix Reyna, al presentar El Resumen de la Semana. Más títulos y viviendas para las familias Desde 2020 se han entregado 173,540 títulos de propiedad . A esta cifra se sumarán otros 156,755 títulos que se encuentran en distintas fases de mensura, catastro y registro, con miras a alcanzar entre 300,000 y 350,000 títulos entregados en todo el país. En materia habitacional, más de 64,000 viviendas han sido intervenidas desde 2020 mediante distintas instituciones. Además, el déficit habitacional total pasó de 806,778 viviendas en 2019 a 696,598 en 2025, una reducción de 110,180 viviendas.
