Indotel fortalecerá competencias digitales del personal penitenciario del país victorreyes 30 de Octubre 2026 | 14:41 Santo Domingo.– El Instituto Dominicano de las Telecomunicaciones (Indotel) y el Instituto Superior Especializado de Estudios Penitenciarios y Correccionales (Iseepenc) suscribieron un acuerdo de colaboración para fortalecer las capacidades técnicas y las competencias digitales del personal del sistema penitenciario y correccional del país. El acuerdo fue firmado por el presidente del Consejo Directivo del Indotel, Guido Gómez Mazara , y el rector del Iseepenc, Jaime Francisco Rodríguez . La iniciativa abarcará a docentes, servidores profesionales, técnicos, personal de apoyo y agentes de Vigilancia y Tratamiento Penitenciario (VTP). Gómez Mazara destacó que la transformación digital de las instituciones públicas requiere que las personas que forman parte de ellas cuenten con los conocimientos necesarios para el uso de la tecnología de manera segura, responsable y eficiente .
