ETED y BID abren diálogo con la banca nacional para facilitar futuras contrataciones de infraestructura eléctrica victorreyes 30 de Octubre 2026 | 13:15 Santo Domingo.- La modernización de la red eléctrica requiere anticipar también las condiciones financieras que hacen posible la ejecución de sus proyectos . Con ese enfoque, la Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica Dominicana (ETED) y el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) reunieron a representantes de la banca comercial nacional en una sesión técnica sobre garantías contractuales para futuras licitaciones de infraestructura de transmisión. El encuentro, celebrado el 15 de octubre en la sede de la ETED, forma parte de los trabajos preparatorios de la operación DR-L1178, que contempla un financiamiento previsto de USD 156 millones del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, contemplado en el presupuesto nacional del año en curso, sujeto a las aprobaciones correspondientes. La intervención incluye equipos de compensación reactiva dinámica y ampliaciones en las subestaciones San Francisco de Macorís, Azua II, Guerra y Guayubín, orientadas a mejorar las condiciones operativas y la confiabilidad del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional Interconectad
