Presentan ante el Congreso Nacional la propuesta de Ley Mirabal para fortalecer la protección integral de las mujeres victorreyes 14 de Octubre 2026 | 08:52 Santo Domingo.- El Gabinete de Mujeres, Adolescentes y Niñas entregó a la Cámara de Diputados el anteproyecto de Ley de Respuesta Integral a las Violencias contra las Mujeres en la República Dominicana , denominado Ley Mirabal , una propuesta dirigida a fortalecer el marco jurídico nacional y establecer responsabilidades institucionales para una respuesta coordinada frente a las distintas manifestaciones de violencia contra las mujeres. La entrega se realizó en el Congreso Nacional, con la participación del presidente de la Cámara de Diputados, Alfredo Pacheco ; la ministra de la Mujer, Gloria Reyes ; la presidenta de la Comisión de Asuntos de Familia y Equidad de Género, Aracelis Villanueva ; la presidenta de la Comisión de Asuntos de Equidad de Género de la Cámara de Diputados, Brenda Ogando ; y la diputada e impulsora de la iniciativa legislativa Déjala Ir, Kinsberly Taveras . También estuvieron presentes la viceministra de Seguridad Preventiva en Sectores Vulnerables del Ministerio de Interior y Policía, Chandrai Estévez ;
