SeNaSa garantiza calidad de medicamentos oncológicos y respeto a las prescripciones médicas rosahenriquez 13 de Octubre 2026 | 14:52 Santo Domingo.– El Seguro Nacional de Salud ( SeNaSa ) reafirmó su compromiso con la seguridad , calidad y continuidad de los tratamientos de sus afiliados con cáncer , al tiempo que destacó la importancia del diálogo y colaboración con los centros especializados y los profesionales de la salud para continuar fortaleciendo la atención oncológica en el país . En ese sentido , la institución explicó que las solicitudes de tratamientos oncológicos son evaluadas por un equipo de médicos especializados , tomando como referencia las prescripciones de los médicos tratantes , así como guías y protocolos clínicos internacionales , con el objetivo de contribuir a que los pacientes reciban tratamientos seguros , oportunos y adecuados a sus necesidades clínicas . En cuanto a la calidad y seguridad de los medicamentos , SeNaSa explicó que solo adquiere medicamentos de proveedores con los registros y autorizaciones correspondientes de la Dirección General de Medicamentos , Alimentos y Productos Sanitarios ( Digemaps ) .
